Send As Email Plug-in For Windows Live Writer

Send As Email for Windows Live Writer is a free plug-in i wrote over a couple of evenings to address the need to send the contents of a project blog update to stakeholders who would visit the blog to read the update when hell froze over. Turned out it was also a useful tool to radiate information via more than one channel, so i polished it a little bit and made it available for general consumption.
